Crown Pointe Care Center is a nursing and rehabilitation facility in Columbus, Ohio. Crown Pointe offers an array of services inclusive of long-term, short-term rehabilitation, recuperation after orthopedic surgery, cardiovascular issues, stroke, memory care unit and hospice care.
